Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden

Prof. Makoto Yamashita is known for his groundbreaking research in the synthesis of reactive main-group species such as boryl and aluminyl anions and electron-deficient diboranes, as well as the use of these species in catalysis, e.g. for carbon dioxide utilization. During his stay in Germany, he intends to form intensive collaborations on boron and aluminum chemistry with nominating groups in Würzburg and Bonn, as well as scientists in Aachen, Frankfurt and Münster
